This Booking & Cancellation Policy applies to sessions with Gaja Klapucka, trading as Prem Chandra.
Booking
All sessions are booked through the online booking system (Acuity Scheduling).
A booking is confirmed once the session has been scheduled and payment has been received in full.
Payment is taken at the time of booking via a secure online payment system.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Card details are not stored.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee.
If you do not attend your session without notice, the full session fee will also apply.
Where possible, rescheduling is offered in place of cancellation.
Cancellations by me
If I need to cancel or reschedule your session, I will give as much notice as possible.
In the case of illness, unforeseen circumstances, or disruption beyond my control, you will be offered either rescheduling or a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee applies.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in line with the cancellation terms above.
Where possible, rescheduling is preferred over refunds.
Cooling-off period
In line with UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online bookings.
If your session is scheduled within this period, you agree that the service may begin before the 14 days have passed, and that your booking is still subject to the cancellation terms above.
Creative collaborations and workshops
For workshops, collaborations, or commissioned work, terms are agreed separately in writing before work begins.
