These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you and Gaja Klapucka, trading as Prem Chandra when you book and receive a session.
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Nature of the service
Jikiden Reiki is a complementary practice that supports relaxation and overall wellbeing. It does not replace medical care or treatment.
Jikiden Reiki practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or offer medical advice. Sessions are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Client responsibility
By booking a session, you confirm that:
- You are choosing to receive Reiki voluntarily
- You understand the nature and purpose of the practice
- You will inform the practitioner of any relevant changes to your health or circumstances
- You take responsibility for your own physical and emotional wellbeing during and after sessions
Booking and payment
All sessions are booked via the online booking system Acuity Scheduling.
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking via a secure online payment system. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Card details are not stored.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by the Booking & Cancellation Policy.
By booking a session, you agree to the cancellation terms outlined in that policy.
Late arrival and non-attendance
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and the full fee will apply.
If you do not attend without notice, the full fee will also apply.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in accordance with the Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Where possible, rescheduling will be offered instead of refunds.
Results disclaimer
Reiki experiences vary from person to person. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
Suitability
If you are unsure whether Reiki is suitable for you, or if you have complex or significant health concerns, you are advised to contact the practitioner before booking.
Liability
Sessions are undertaken at your own discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from the session.
Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
